As we come back to the “new normal” and prepare to  welcome you once again, we have changed our practises and procedures to put your wellbeing first!  So, whether you are staying with us for a staycation, a post lockdown trip, a city-break or on business – we are making staying with us a safe and enjoyable experience.

What we are doing for you:

    • We are using hospital grade products to clean and santise all our apartments, offices and ‘high traffic’ surfaces.
    • There will be sanitising stations, one-way directional system throughout the buildings, and signage all around reminding guests of the measures in place.
    • We have introduced ‘contactless’ check-in and check-out, pick up and drop boxes for keys.
    • We will be recording temperatures of our guests on arrival.
    • You will check in to a sealed after cleaning’ apartment. Once the apartment is prepared for your arrival, it will be sealed, and no one enters the apartment but you.
    • All apartments are kept vacant for at least 24h hours before a guest checks in and after a guest checks out.
    • We have changed all our housekeeping processes and staff has been fully re-trained.
    • Staff will always wear appropriate PPE when needed and follow social distancing measures.
    • Increased sanitisation of – reception, lobby, lifts, staircases, handrails etc. during busy times.

What we are doing for colleagues:

    • Smaller teams on site to facilitate social distancing amongst staff.
    • Workstations will have essential equipment only.
    • Staggered arrival and break times.
